All products are shipped to customers using The Courier Guy, Pudo, Paxi or Postnet normal road freight services.
If you live on a farm or rural area, please contact us in order for us to arrange delivery with a different method such as Postnet-to-Postnet, Pudo or Paxi. If you place your order using a rural or farm address, we will also get in touch to make alternative arrangements.
Purchases are generally dispatched within two to four working days of receipt of order, if in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will immediately inform you of the expected dispatch date.
